This is our dog Ludo.
Ludo is about 2.5 to 3 years old. He is intelligent, loving and kennel trained. Ludo will sit on command (once he gets to know you) and is in the process of learning to "gopher" (beg). He understands the word "No" to mean to stop whatever he is doing.
Ludo would be best in a home with no other alpha dogs (He doesn't know he is little lol) and with children that understand that dogs are not the same as toys.
Ludo is VERY affectionate and loves to be close to his people. He loves to be pet around his head and tummy and back and probably anywhere else. Homes with adults and/or families with older children would be perfect for him. I'm sure he would not harm a small child, but he does shy away from them.
He was house trained but has been outside for quite some time now so we are not sure if he remembers that training. Regardless, he WILL mark his territory (For a dog, marking territory and going to the bathroom are 2 separate things.) so if he is inside it is best to watch him.
We do not want to give Ludo away at all because he has been the perfect companion and we love him very much, but he deserves a home that has space for him to run/walk/lay around without being kenneled most of the day and sadly, we cannot provide that right now.
